Anthony Clark is the Managing Partner at The Alternative Adviser and explained the rationale behind the business’ sponsorship of this particular award.
“The Alternative Adviser is incredibly proud to be associated with the Nottingham Post Business Awards for the first time.
“We are looking forward to being part of something great that represents Nottingham’s thriving business community.
“I am confident that the awards evening is going to be a fantastic event, not only because we can celebrate the success of others, but also because we have the unique opportunity to connect with fellow business owners who share the common goal of creating a stronger business community.”
The Alternative Adviser proudly aligns itself with the very best from accountants and solicitors to other professionals within the region.
Drawing on these close partnerships, the company is able to deliver on their client promise of excellence in their field, and to create a positive impact on the community around them
Expanding on this, and their work within the Nottinghamshire business community, Anthony said:
“We are proud to support Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire and its Befriending Service. They are the largest local and independent charity providing a wide range of services for older people from all communities and backgrounds in the city and county.
“The charity strives to combat loneliness and social isolation in the older generation, and local volunteers are, quite honestly, enhancing the quality of life by promoting the health and wellbeing of older people. Last year alone they helped over 42,000 people.”
The Nottingham Post Business Awards 2019 will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre on Wednesday 22 May. The evening will welcome sponsors, finalists and key supporters from the local area and will raise money for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
